1. Use of Website

This website is provided for general informational purposes and to allow potential clients to contact us. You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of or restrict the use and enjoyment of the site by any third party.

2. Contact Form Submissions

By submitting your name, email address, and message through our contact form:

• You confirm that the information you provide is accurate and not misleading.

• You agree not to use the contact form for spam, advertising, or any unlawful purpose.

• Submissions do not create a client relationship unless we explicitly agree to work together.

3. Payment Terms

To secure your event date, a non-refundable deposit of $50.00 is required within 7 days of booking. This deposit confirms your booking and will be applied toward your total invoice.

• Deposits must be sent via e-transfer to partymooseco@gmail.com.

• If the deposit is not received within 7 days, your booking date is not guaranteed and may be subject to a $25.00 rush fee if you wish to proceed later.

• The remaining balance is due on the day of installation, payable by cash or e-transfer.

Failure to pay the balance on time may result in cancellation or delay of service.

4. Cancellation Policy

• All deposits are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.

• Rescheduling may be permitted and will be considered on a case-by-case basis, with every effort made to accommodate your new date.

5. Rights and Ownership

The artist retains full rights and ownership of the balloon display(s) and associated design elements created for your event.

• The client may use the display for personal use only (e.g., event photos, social sharing).

• Clients are encouraged to re-use or give away the display for free once the event is complete.

• Certain components used in the display must be returned and remain the property of the artist. These include, but are not limited to:

  • Frames

  • Claw clamps

  • Stakes

  • Weights

  • Florals

  • Tables

  • Chairs

  • Carpets

  • Cartoon cutouts

  • Signage

  • Other props

Missing or damaged components may result in additional charges.

6. Safety and Liability

We are not liable for any damages, injuries, or accidents caused directly or indirectly by our balloon displays or decor once installation is complete.

• Please exercise good judgment when allowing young children or pets near the display.

• BALLOONS ARE A CHOKING HAZARD. Do not allow children or pets to put balloons in their mouths or play with broken balloon pieces.

• Supervision is the responsibility of the client or event host.

7. Outdoor Events

At Party Moose Co., we take every possible precaution to ensure your balloon display holds up for the duration of your outdoor event. However, outdoor conditions are beyond our control.

• When balloons are exposed to direct sunlight, heat, or varying temperatures, they may expand and pop.

• We cannot guarantee the longevity of outdoor installations, and all services are non-refundable once rendered.

8. Environmental Responsibility

At Party Moose Co., we proudly use biodegradable balloons for all events. However, we recognize that balloons can still pose a risk to the environment and local wildlife if not handled properly.

• We do our best to ensure all balloons remain securely attached to the display during your event.

• If any balloons become loose or displaced, we kindly ask that you dispose of them responsibly to help us minimize environmental impact.
